How to set up pxelinux?

There is a pxe-server with pxelinux 6.02 configured, I would like to use its ability to transfer files using the http protocol. However, the view config:

LABEL menu name http
        MENU LABEL menu name http
        KERNEL http://server-ip/pxeboot/acronis/rm/dat3.dat
        APPEND initrd=http://server-ip/pxeboot/acronis/rm/dat2.dat vga=792 ramdisk_size=32768 acpi=off quiet noapic

does not work, when trying to connect, it displays an error that it cannot find the path. As indicated on the offsite, I load lpxelinux.0 instead of pxelinux.0 . If anyone has encountered setting up pxelinux to return via http or ftp - tell me how and what to do.
