How to set up project launch directories in Netbeans 8.1 IDE on Ubuntu?

To run projects, you need to pull dependencies via npm install and bower install in NetBeans IDE.
The program asks you to specify the paths to the corresponding nodejs, npm, bower, gulp files.
How to find out and correctly specify the necessary directories in Netbeans 8.1 IDE on Ubuntu??
