How to set up PhpMailer.php?

Good afternoon. I am building a feedback form in Phpmailer. Everything comes to the specified mail, except for the text of the message. I am quoting a part of the phpmailer.php code, it has a piece with a set of incomprehensible characters, can it fail because of this?

A bunch of obscure characters - that's a regular expression!
Can you show me the code where the message is sent?
