How to set up outgoing calls on Panasonic TDA-30?
Good afternoon, I have two city lines and several internal subscribers. I configured incoming routing. And here with outgoing, a problem. All outgoing calls go only on one CO line, maybe someone knows what menu items to talk about?

Did you read / see the instructions from Amitek ?
I don't think 30 is ideologically very different from 100/200
Perhaps all outgoing calls go through 1 CO just because you don't use them very often. When you press 9ku on the phone (to go to the city), then not any CO is selected from the list, but the first free one in order (usually from the end of the CO list). It is possible to divide CO for subscribers - give CO1 to one, CO2 to others. You can set up automatic route selection (ARS), i.e. as an example: we can configure that all outgoing calls to mobile numbers go through CO1, and to landlines through CO2. Well, or any other algorithm.
And you can tell everyone to use CO1 before lunch, and after using CO2, using the direct line selection method (if CO is in different trunk groups - menu 10.1.1), and not automatically - through 9ku. =)
