Is it possible to organize a voice menu (IVR) on an Android smartphone?
Hello!
Interested in the possibility of organizing a budget voice menu for receiving calls / orders from customers. Tasks:
1. Answer typical questions without distracting employees;
2. Save time for potential customers;
3. Increase conversion from incoming calls (lose fewer calls).
Multichannel is not particularly required, Asterisk seems redundant.
Is it possible to organize something similar based on Android? Or are there any restrictions on receiving calls by the application?
