How to set up news detail view links correctly?

I added sections to the information block of news, brought them out, everything is fine. From section to section goes without problems. But the page of a detailed view of any news opens only from the main page of the infoblock (that is, site.ru/news/), and when you try to open the news from the section page (site.ru/news/interesnoe), a 404 error is displayed (the page address is - site.ru/news/interesnoe/?ELEMENT_ID=187228). How to make it so that when opening a news from any section, a page like - site.ru/news/187228/ opens?
