How to set up MikroTik wAP R with a SIM card from MTS, with a static IP?

Model MikroTik RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE or MikroTik wAP R with built-in R11e-LTE modem.

I inserted a SIM card from MTS, the Internet for PC + static IP is connected to the SIM card, everything is good.
The LTE interface immediately realized that it had a SIM card in it, received an IP from the provider 100.XXX.XXX.XXX.
Moreover, the IP - DHCP Client is empty, I found the IP in the IP - Addresses tab, automatically received it, I’ll say right away in this model on the latest long-term firmware you can’t throw a DHCP Client on LTE.

The Internet works with a bang, only static does not work. I turned to the great GOOGLE there only about Megafon and Yota.

I understand that few people have such equipment, but maybe someone has at least a link to the info on how to set up a connection from MTS. By the way, for today, the second one has already gone as I am waiting for a response from MTS. At least understand how it works for them in order to try to implement it on their equipment.

Solution found thank you all.
After several calls and sent emails, I was given a phone number where I was told the apn for my region.
For Tyumen apn "statip.ural"

Most often, the operator issues an IP looking at your apn. Apparently you have a default one.
