How to set up Mikrotik for Squid PfSense?

Hello!
Set up PfSense with Squid. and there is Mikrotik for a certain range of clients.
The task is to ensure that PfSense and Squid see the original client address, and not Mikrotik, and so it displays the ip address of the microt itself. Squid itself is configured transparent with self-written certification, and also with LightSquid. Can anyone come across this in working with PfSense?
