How to properly organize proxying to control regular traffic and https?
There are no problems with http, but with https ..
If done transparently, then it swears at the certificate. Even if you import the CA root certificate. Especially swears when opening google.ru in chrome.
How to avoid it?

So Certificate Pinning already works in browsers, the browser knows the certificates of popular sites, and sends you away with your cheap fake.
I doubt you will do anything about it.
