How to set up Microsoft Computer Browser in 2 VPN connected networks?

Two local networks are united by VPN, routing is configured. The problem is that some computers from the second local network declare themselves the Master Browser of the network and serve part of the first network and vice versa. This causes problems with "Network Explorer".
How to make computer browser service not serve network behind vpn?

@semenenko88

standard methods solve this either
1) disable the computer browser service everywhere except one
2) expand the AD domain
3) the priority of the browser master is usually given to the "older" system. If there is a server Windows that does not turn off, it should not, in theory, allow other master browsers to appear
. Most likely, you have elections because there are several identical "older" Windows that periodically reboot, forcing the master browser to be re-selected among the remaining online computers .
