How to set up menu navigation on a WordPress site in terms of SEO?

There are 3 menu outputs configured in the theme of the WordPress site: the
top (fixed)
main menu
and in the footer (I don’t use it)
How will the presence of 2 menus without javascript affect website promotion from an SEO point of view?
Advise what changes to make and what to read.

I'm not an SEO expert, but as far as I know everything is fine. Check for errors in the validator .
