How to set up maps (google or Yandex), so that the user can put his mark, and in the future this mark is displayed on another map?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the toaster, so do not judge strictly if something is wrong). Now let's move on to the question: how to implement such functionality?
The meaning of the functionality:
1. The user on a special page (in my case, this is the page for adding a new order) puts a label for the place that he needs. (example below in the photo)

2. Next, the set mark should be shown on another map located on the order information page, plus the address of the place where the mark is set should be displayed in a special field (an example is also shown below in the photo)

Ps: I have never worked with Google maps or Yandex maps before, and the documentation is very complicated and incomprehensible for me personally, so I ask you to explain it in a simpler way, and even better, throw some articles / videos that tell how to implement this.
