How to set up mapping orders?

I run ords standalone, all paths, passwords work stably, APEX itself flies... but running the restful service gives such nonsense
404 Not Found
The request could not be mapped to any database. Check the request URL is correct, and that URL to database mappings have been correctly configured
which way to dig?

Understood, did not indicate the scheme during installation ...
java -jar ords.war setup --database apex
