Use any mail service - from Google, Yandex, there are many of them.
Usually providers can block ports 25/465/587 for sending mail to clients to block spam mailings, usually clients are given a relay mail server for sending, sometimes even for receiving. In general, there are many services where mail can be stored for a small amount of money.
From another option - buy a cheap VPS on Amazon / Azure and set up a mail server there, since the instructions for setting up postfix | exim + mysql + Web face for mail and managing hundreds of thousands.
