How to set up logging in Modx Evo?

Good afternoon!
Tell me how to enable logging in Modx Evo 1.2.1 not through the administration panel.
Since after the update something fell off and there is no way to go to the admin panel.
For example, as on Modx Revo error.log in /core/cache/logs.
