NewsPublisher - so far I just stumbled upon it, but the solution is somehow not impressive, and the documentation on it is too multi-letter, there are no videos or sensible examples.

&template=`18` - here you specify the ID of the template that you want to apply for the created resource, namely the template.
I also initially got a 500 error with &initrte=`1`. I tried to install tinyMCE Wrapper, but the error did not disappear, then I uninstalled it, re-installed the editors in the system settings, and the extension worked with &initrte=`1`, and the editor is displayed.
