How to set up label printing in 1s on A4?

I'm trying to set up label printing on A4 with cut labels 70*30.
1. The first line is printed on a separate page.
2. The last two lines are transferred to the next sheet. The indents are removed from all sides (it is necessary to the very edge of the seal)

Tell me how to fix it. Where to dig?

Issue resolved. It is necessary to remove the automatic column width and set it to a fixed one.
