How to set up JSSIP and Asterisk?

There is asterisk on the server, I sometimes used it with ZOIPER on the phone and on the PC, it works fine.
I wanted to make friends with JSSIP, I made a test page from the demo https://jssip.net/

As a result, an error appeared in the browser in the console: SIP/2.0 488 Not acceptable here
And in the Asterisk console: Rejecting secure audio stream without encryption details: audio 60344 UDP /TLS/RTP/SAVPF I

googled, there are a lot of topics, but I can’t find any clear advice anywhere, what is it and, most importantly, how to fix it?

JSSIP requires WebRTP.
