How to set up Ispmanager permissions?

Installed ISPManager 5 Lite on centos, everything works, but when migrating modx sites, there is a problem with access to the database or files.
Either writes that there is no access to folders (although parva are set correctly), or Could not load core MODX configuration!, or SQLSTATE[42000] [1044] Access denied for user 'mod'@'localhost' to database 'modx'
There is a suspicion that this is due to the /var/www/www-root/data/www/site.ru folder structure or incorrect panel settings. well, that is, some global settings are not correct / not configured.
If you enter the database through the panel, everything works, because the access data in the Modx config is correct.
