How to set up ISPmanager Business + Bitrix correctly?

Colleagues, has anyone done this? In the business version of ISPManager, adding a new server with a database occurs only through the "Cluster nodes" menu item, while it connects its own repositories to the server, and then (even if the web server role is not specified) tries to install its ispmanager- pkg-nginx-5.90.0-1.el7.centos.x86_64, which conflicts with the version of nginx already installed by Bitrix. I tried to successfully connect a new server with a test database, remove ispmanager-pkg-nginx, and then install Bitrix. After some time, the ISP loses control of the host and writes in the log "A fatal error occurred during the installation of the 'nginx' software." Is it possible to get around this somehow?

Do not use the Bitrix web environment?

I seem to have found a solution, Bitrix must be installed not with a shell script from the console, but through a php installer thrown into the root of the web server.
