How to set up IPTV on PBI?

Good day to all. There was a need to set up IPTV (I never did this) on PBI. The bottom line is this: with PBI, the necessary channels must be driven into the switch on which multicast is configured, from the switch to the end devices. While I decided to connect PBI directly to the PC, I configured it, but the IP player does not see anything. Again, I'm new at this. I ask for help, thanks in advance to everyone who will respond.
