How to set up Ipswitch whatsup gold via https(SSL)?

There is a WhatsUp Gold BasicView v17.0.1 100 Points license. After looking at the official manuals, I found that you can configure the web interface via ssl via the admin console. But I don't have this one. Who is using this software? are these items not available in this license? And there is an option, let's say through IIS, to somehow redirect the web interface. whatsup to https?
