How to set up Internet access and vpn connection to NAS in parallel?

The task is to have access to the home NAS from the office.
At home:
- NAS Synology 192.168.1.11, connected to
- router 192.168.1.1, then
- twisted pair to the provider, NAT and all that, external IP is dynamic.
In this regard, SoftetherVPN was installed on an external server. In the NAS settings, an L2TP connection to the server was made, the NAS is visible inside the network and connected normally. After connecting to the VPN, it receives the second address 192.168.22.33
In the office:
- Win7 computer 192.168.1.2, connected to
- router 192.168.1.1, then to
- router 192.168.0.1 and further to
- provider through NAT, OpenVPN client installed, VPN configured - connection to the server.
After connecting, the computer receives the address 192.168.22.11 and normally opens a network share on the NAS \\192.168.22.33
Problem:
1. All computer traffic in the office goes through VPN, which is unacceptable in terms of server load.
2. The panel of the second router 192.168.0.1 does not open.
How to make the entire Internet on the computer go as usual, and when accessing the NAS - through the VPN? Or through I don't know what - as long as the NAS is available.
