Standalone applications receive extended rights to work with a VK user account. Giving such rights to some server is dangerous for the account owner and is contrary to the rules of VK. Therefore, it was specially done so that it was impossible to receive the application's Standalone token on the server.
In addition, such a token is tied to the IP address to which it was received, and it may not work from the server.
Most likely, you are trying to do something against the rules of VK.
