How to set up https proxy?
The task is to be able to see who and where went, block and redirect resources in the local area. There is Mikrotik, but there the web proxy only works for http, as far as I understand. How are these issues being dealt with now?

"Transparent" Squid with filtering HTTPS resources without replacing certificates (x86, x64 - universal instruction )
It is also solved - through a proxy.
Can't transparently proxy https. Normal proxying works fine on Mikrotik.
