How to set up Gulp in PhpStorm?

What am I doing wrong?

As I understand it, saving the file is somehow imperceptible and automatically passes and the gallp cannot update it!
However! when you start the "style" task - still nothing happens to the files - the task just ends successfully and that's it ....
Still one scss file
Although the standard File Watcher works - it compiles to css

It's not about the storm, it's about the gulp config. Storm essentially just provides a gui for console commands.
