How to set up Google Map so that it works correctly?

I have a project in Androud Studio. I use google map (I inserted the key into the application), the application is in Russian. I compile, install on the handset, open the map in English. T e my location determines correctly, and the streets and everything else around in English.
There is no locale.setdefault in the application.
The application is similar to a taxi.
And also from point A to point B in the order for English addresses.
