How to set up Gogs server to send emails when task status changes?

Good afternoon.
I have been using the local gogs server for a long time, but there was nothing to send mail for.
Yesterday I started to set up, and, as they say, sailed. From the administration panel, settings - a test email is sent. But, in theory, as I understand it, in the issue tracker, when creating a new task, and when adding comments, there should be information for everyone who is part of the team. In trace level logs - silence. How to overcome it?
