People, tell me, pls, how to set up the transition to any links in applications such as Skype, QIP and so on. The fact is that when they send me links, nothing happens by clicking. How can this be fixed? Where to dig?

Dig here: Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Default Programs \ Setting Mappings
http and https protocols are apparently not processed by any browser.
