How to set up file locks in Samba?

Two users simultaneously work with xls/xlsx table from MSOffice.
If the file is on Windows share (XP, 7, 10) they can open it at the same time, when saving, if the file has been modified earlier, there will be a warning.
On Samba, the user who opens the second can open the file read-only, so that he can save the first must close the file.
I tried almost all the settings - I can't do it like in Windows share.
Maybe it's a combination of options, I tried these:
oplocks = no
level2 oplocks = no
strict locking = no
blocking locks = no
csc policy = documents
;locking=no
;veto files = ...
;veto oplock files = ...
Samba Version 4.3 .11 Ubuntu, Linux Ubuntu/Mint
