What is the reason for adding an extra character when uploading via tftp?

I do not understand the reason why some of the machines are loaded through pxe normally, but some are not.
The part that is not, when downloading, says that the file was not found.
In the logs, I see that a file is requested with an error:

Feb 16 15:35:07 pxetftp in.tftpd[20155]: RRQ from 192.168.1.87 filename pxelinux.0

And the other part is loaded normally.
dhcp configured on juniper
boot-file pxelinux.0;
next-server 192.168.1.49;

I even made a link to a normal file with a crooked name, it still doesn't load.

Where does this SYMBOL come from?
Look at the config in HEX mode, some non-printable character hits
ENTER at the end of each line
and the file should not end on a line, at the end of the file, let there always be an empty line.
Machines can receive different conf files, depending on ip or MAC. This is true?
Check everything carefully - you will be happy.
