How to set up eslint between phpstorm and vuejs?

Good afternoon.
I worked at home on a test project, came to work, cloned and launched, and here it’s just a problem with indents.

In phpstorm, it shows some indents:


And on the site, it's completely different.



And the settings in phpstorm itself



In the storm, I specified the path to eslint from node_modules, which is listed on the site.



What is the problem, and why are the padding settings from storm not working?

I installed the plugin https://eslint.vuejs.org/user-guide/#installation
And in the storm I set indents for js and vue files, removed tabs and set 2 spaces.
