How to restore the ability to open a file in phpstorm?

Good morning.
When I opened the file in phpstorm-e, a request appeared with what / how to open the file. I accidentally chose "open system ... something there").
Now there is a question mark on the file icon and it is opened only by the system editor (sublime text).
Tried removing sublime from "default applications" via file properties. I also tried "invalidate caches/restart" in phpstorm-e. Nothing helped.
How to restore the ability to open a file in phpstorm-e?
