How to set up Email for WordPress?

Hello.
Help set up Email for WordPress.
My hosting does not give email addresses,
I installed the "WP Mail SMTP" plugin.
Emails are sent but end up in spam. Third-party services such as Yandex or Mail.ru will not work on Ukrainian hosting.
Advise who did what? Thanks.

What SMTP are you sending through then?
