How to set up e-commerce from GA with a non-linear checkout process?

Hello.
Please help a newbie.
I can't set up the Google Analytics e-commerce module correctly if the checkout process in the online store is not linear.
I'm doing everything with help from Google and I'm stuck at the "Purchase Process" step.
In an online store, the purchase sequence can have several varieties.
For example, with a regular order, the ordering process consists of 5 steps: Entering customer data and the method of receiving the goods, choosing a delivery date and confirming the order via SMS to your phone (if required), choosing a payment option, payment, final page.
This application is processed automatically by the internal system without the participation of an operator.
But there are other cases: When ordering more than a certain amount or in case of an error in the database with balances, this application goes to the operator and the steps with payment from the buyer are not shown. The final page is also different (it is transferred to it after choosing the delivery date and confirming the order by entering the verification code from the phone). Payment in this case occurs then through a personal account.
In this regard, the question is: How to set up everything correctly for accounting, so that everything is considered correct.

You need to look towards the Measurement Protocol, which allows you to shoot transactions in GA from anywhere

You can dance from the final page and if they are different, then hang your own Goal on each (if the url is unique for the target), or an event (if the url does not change). And monitor different final pages in reports as different goals.
