How to set up dual monitors and applications in full screen mode?

I connected 2 monitors to the nvidia card, on the second monitor I turn on the ip-tv player in full screen mode, on the first I want to run the game (for example, mortal kombat x) in full screen mode; if I start the game with ip-tv already running on the second monitor, the ip-tv picture freezes, if I start the game in windowed mode, everything is fine; please tell me how to run iptv and the game in full screen mode?

Try not full screen, but just maximize the window

in windowed mode it works fine, as I wrote, I want it to work in full screen as well
