How to set up DNS on Windows Server?

I understand the WIN server and AD, there was a plug in the DNS setup ... I climbed the floor of Google ...
Actually, I set up AD, installed services and components, started everything ...
Server IP on the network 192.168.1.43 - the site opens.
127.0.0.1 is set in the DNS adapter settings.
Created a subdomain from the site's main domain - ns.moysite.ru
AD was created on the ns.moysite.ru domain.
I'm trying to stick a local computer in AD - I get a DNS error...
What am I doing wrong? It is necessary that ns.moysite.ru be global and I could connect computers to the domain from other places, for example, another office...

Most likely you have no understanding of how this works.
Your AD is not accessible from the outside, it is spinning inside you.
Exposing it to the public is a very bad idea.
First, try to figure out how a machine is added to a domain.
Your machine is on the same network as the server. She has your server's DNS, which knows about the domain zone within the organization. This domain zone has very little to do with the outside world. Yes, you can make it work out from the outside, but it's not necessary.
In your cases, there will be either a combination of remote branches via VPN.
or installation in each branch of your own AD as a substitute for the main one and connected again via VPN.
Set up a transparent VPN for the SSTP client, which, with any connection from anywhere, will be in your domain zone.
I think I wrote chaotically, if you have any questions ask.
