How to set up deployment from Vagrant to AWS?

I've always used wamp or bitnami for WP development and didn't know any problems, but I had a task to launch such a stack of LEMP vagrant trellis
Two questions
Where can I find a tutorial on setting up and deploying vagrant for amazon?
I read in the Amazon docks that the max version of the ubuntu VM is 15.06 docs.aws.amazon.com , is it possible to upload an image with version 16?
