How to set up Codeigniter like this?

There is a site on codeigniter which lies on the server in the www/xxx/ folder and the name of this folder does not match any domain.
Many domains are registered in the configs of the engine itself, and each has its own base.

CI registers only the domain. This is done in application/config/config.php.
You don't need to set where your files are located on the server.
