How to set up CKEditor in MODX?

Hello!
Faced such a problem: during installation, CKEditor does not contain all the buttons for visual editing in the toolbar.

I read that you can use the Toolbar Configurator, but I can't figure out where to insert the generated code.
I would like the toolbar to be with all the buttons, like here:

Please tell me how to solve this problem?
