How to set up Caps-man?

Hello, there is such a configuration, a cord comes from the provider and enters the switch, there is a DHCP server on the provider’s side, there is a Mikrotik rb 951 router, a cord from the switch enters its Wan port and an ip address is configured on the Mikrotik interface (white from the provider), also on the rb 951 router, the ether1-5 ports are configured in the bridge,
I need a router for a VPN server, through it I keep in touch with another office. It was necessary to configure Caps-man, I did the settings, but in the settings it was necessary to select the bridge, I chose it, just the one that was created on the router, but there is no dhcp in this bridge and clients do not connect, and I can’t create DHCP because there is another one that is responsible for this Ip range, Wi-fi clients and LAn must interact with each other. Is it possible to configure caps man without a bridgecf6c7a1cee4e40d8ba33af8d8cfc9f75.png

But aren't you supposed to issue IP to your devices via DHCP? what is the dhcp provider used for on your devices?
