How to set up cameras and DVR?

Good day.
Today I met with another customer regarding the installation of video surveillance. And everything is fine if not for one but.
The customer asked for the following:
so that 3 CCTV cameras do not show a real picture of what is happening at that moment.
Analogue cameras and recorder from Chinese Noname,
Is it possible to implement this?
Tell me how?

Either I don’t understand something, or the solution, as always, is the simplest and lies on the surface.
The cameras work normally and store the video where needed.
But access through the web-interface / program is replaced by your own and broadcast there what you want and how you want.
Isn't that possible?

Клиент насмотрелся фильмов и решил банк ограбить? Если не надо, чтобы оператор видел какие-то камеры их просто исключают из доступа и видеть их будет только МегаДиректор. На самом деле ни разу такой задачи не поступало.

так есть решение? или нет ? к примеру каждый день транслировать видео от дня х
