How to set up call interception?

Hello, I have call interception configured on my asterisk, groups are configured, everything works.
But managers want that if their call was intercepted, then they displayed the missed call.
What is interesting: there are cisco 303, grandstream 1620 and Linksys phones, and so, when calling to Linksis and if this call is intercepted, it says a missed call, and if you do this with the rest, then there is no missed call!
I rummaged through the phone configs, did not find this setting, can anyone come across it? How can this function be called?
When there was an old asterisk (I don’t remember the version), they say it worked for everyone!
