If you really want this task to be performed by the mail client, then Thunderbird uses the filter function for this. Create a filter with the appropriate settings for selecting letters, specify the action of forwarding the letter to it (instead of, say, placing the letter in some user folder).
Just keep in mind that for all this construction to work, Thunderbird with configured filters must be running all the time.
Usually, such a task is solved at the level of settings of the company's mail server, which receives a letter to a specific address and itself forwards it to other predefined addresses. And the solution with the mail client is more like a crutch, moreover, it is not very reliable.
