How to set up call forwarding in Asterisk?

Hey!
There is a server running FreePBX on it.
There was a task to configure call forwarding on the server side.
1. How can I configure it so that it is possible from tel1 to redirect an incoming call to tel2 in two ways:
* redirection with prior approval (tel2 answers, then tel1 transfers the call to it. If tel2 is not available, the call remains with tel1);
* instant redirection (tel1 does not check the availability of tel2, but immediately transfers the call to it. If tel2 is not available, the call is dropped).
2. If the previous point can be implemented, then how can you configure direct and redirected calls to play different ringtones?

- You can manually transfer a call by typing pound, pound ##tel2. Answered tel1, then transferred the call to tel2.

Enable if disabled.
