Bitrix24 + asterisk (Freepbx), how to set up outgoing calls?

Good afternoon,
For several days I have been trying to set up the integration of bitrix24 and asterisk: Incoming calls go through, but there are difficulties with outgoing calls.
In Bitrix24, in the telephony settings, I selected "PBX connection", registered a trunk on Asterisk with the parameters from the "Incoming calls" block, created an incomin route and the incoming ones started working.
Now I create a new extension, enter its login-password in bitrks in the "Outgoing calls" section, and enter the external Asterisk address there.
When you try to make a call from Bitrx24, the call form opens, the number is dialed, beeps go, but this call does not reach the asterisk. Sip debug is enabled on the aster, but it does not have an output when making an outgoing call from Bitrix24.
