How to set up Bitrix backup when using https?

The site has moved from http to https. Found that the backups were no longer being created. In the backup settings there is an item [via the 1C-Bitrix cloud service (website address: http://site.ru). ]
http is hardcoded here. Maybe someone knows how to enable backup via the cloud with https? Googling didn't work. I can’t use Cron, because the hosting is poor, the customer does not want to change to something better.

For switching to https, you have a separate plus, it's time to bury http.
As an unlikely measure (but it may help), check/set up a redirect from site.ru/bla-bla-bla to https://site.ru/bla-bla-bla for all pages.
In general, you should update Bitrix to the latest stable or beta versions of everything that the update system offers and, if this does not help, still write to the Bitrix TP (not to the forum!).
The issue with access to the site will be solved simply: register www.1c-bitrix.ru/support/customers/ticket.php?regi... and then indicate your license key in the application to the TP.
In the same place, through the TP, you can resolve the issue of issuing a license for you (more precisely, for your client’s organization) and linking it to the desired account on the site with all the necessary accesses. It usually takes 1-2 days and requires a letter on the letterhead of the client's organization. The letter itself is unlikely to have to be sent, a scan is enough.
