How to set up automatic domain redirection to a new IP (dynamic)?

I have my own domain and a server with a dynamic IP.
How can I set up automatic replacement of IP in forwarding with a new one when it changes?

PS The server hosts not only sites, but also other services. OS: Linux Ubuntu Server + Windows Server 2016.
