How to set up automatic backup of folders to the cloud?

There is a certain database on a separate server (Windows Server 2003) with which they work through a local network. It is necessary that the folder with the database is automatically uploaded to some cloud storage at a specified time and that each new copy erases the old version. Please tell me how to organize it.
