How to set up authorization for AD users in Bitrix without Apache?

Actually,
Bitrix supports NTLMv2 authorization when using the corresponding Apache module.
The task is to abandon Apache, but the same nginx ntlm does not know how and I did not find module implementations.

But I also did not find high-quality support for kerberos outside of Apache.
Is it possible to replace something and somehow solve this problem?
